I ordered through DoorDash, and the food was almost as good as dining in, especially when you have a toddler. The har gows and siu mai were quite large. The sticky rice wraps were the perfect size and very tasty. However, the sauce in the bean curd roll was a bit runnier than I would have liked. We also ordered the Supreme beef ball, but unfortunately, it didn't make it into our delivery—hopefully next time! The shrimp, pork, and beef rice noodle roll was delicious, especially with the accompanying sauce. Everything was flavorful and definitely worth the price.
I thoroughly enjoyed everything I ordered, from the jumbo pork siu mai and pan-fried potstickers to the pork soup dumplings, steamed BBQ pork buns, sesame balls, and egg custard. However, I was disappointed that they didn't include any dipping sauces like spicy chili sauce or vinegar/soy sauce. Additionally, the prices are higher compared to other dim sum places. Despite this, the quality of the food is excellent. I highly recommend dining here if you're okay with the price—just be sure to remember the sauces!
Voted the top dim sum restaurant by readers of Los Angeles Magazine, this place quickly became my favorite, especially for their siu mai and shrimp/pork dumplings. I dined there for the first time to celebrate Christmas and opted for their gourmet 10-course meal, which came to $868, plus tax and tip, bringing the total to around $1200. The meal featured delicacies such as abalone, fish maws, fresh live fish, squab, and bird's nest soup.
The dim sum at Alhambra is quite impressive. The flavors are enjoyable, and the presentation is appealing. However, the service could use some improvement; while the staff is professional, it often feels like no one is available when you need to ask for the check or takeout boxes, requiring multiple requests to get assistance. Overall, it's still a good dining experience!

Delicious dim sum, average service, and a bustling atmosphere. This is exactly what I anticipated, and I had a delightful dining experience. I highly recommend the chicken feet, bean curds, and scallop shrimp dim sum.
I can eat dimsum everyday and this place is one of the bests. Good selection and always hot when delivered. The presentation is also very nice. You wont be disappointed.
Taste is good if not the best around Monterey Park with fresh ingredients, a nice atmosphere, and easy parking in the building. Quite big portion for family sharing.
I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! The food is delicious and the portions are huge.
