I went in the month of November without reservation and it was all complete, they were very kind and they could make us a space at the last hour. the food was delicious and the spectacular desserts to be of menu. The owner of the charming place, I thought it was great what he told us why they have that schedule, to take off their hat. The only bad thing is that he is in lion and from Madrid, he catches me a little far away, jajajajaja, otherwise I would visit him assiduously.
