This was my fifth visit. Enough to have an informed opinion. The eating scene in Epalinges has been ok but lacking in certain quality. The gap is finally filled. This is a quality restaurant, in terms of service, ambiance and above all having a great chef. I have only tried the à la carte, which is slight more expensive than other local restaurants but way superior in terms of quality. There is a special very affordable lunch menu that I have not yet tried. Big terrace which is nice in the summer (but no view and next to Route de Berne unfortunately). Very nice interior … just renovated and a small hotel attached. But the real value proposition is the quality of the food. One step above the rest in Epalinges

But what a discovery this restaurant I have passed hundreds of times in front of it incredible with reserved parking spaces a restaurant with employees in reintegration their know-how is worthy of a 4 star the dishes are excellent rabbit pâté and marinated Swiss pork a delight and the tiramisù the plating of the plates is sublime the setting of the very cozy restaurant I will return there with my family to introduce them to this pearl in Epalinges Croisettes

Better skip this restaurant. Shrimp risotto was tasteless and caused a indigestation with my friend who threw it up later
