I absolutely love this place! It's like traveling to Portland without needing to board a plane. Their simple espresso is excellent, and the milk coffee is fantastic as well. The sandwiches are made in a wonderful broth, offering great value for money. Today, I had the chicken escalope with melted cheese and salad, while my friends enjoyed ham and cheese sandwiches. We ordered three coffees and the total bill was less than £14 - how amazing is that? The best part is that dogs and children are welcome. They also offer a variety of delicious Portuguese and Brazilian treats, both sweet and alcoholic. I really love this spot!

I've been ordering from here for the last three years. The chicken is better than Nandos and the staff move quickly and efficiently to prep the delicious offerings. The main point of construction is that most all of the menu items are at a higher price point than average (within the area and definitely in comparison to other Portuguese eateries locally) HOWEVER the food's so good, you don't mind the price! OBRIGADO for my Thanksgiving 2021 Dinner, Pao!

Definitely the best value for money in the city. I know I’m Portuguese, so it may sound a bit biased, but once you eat here, it's hard to argue that any other restaurant in the city serves better food. The portion sizes are generous, and you won't find anything like it elsewhere in the UK. I also highly recommend trying both major Portuguese beer brands, Sagres and Super Bock; I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Whenever I get the chance to visit Bishops Stortford, this is the place for a coffee or two and a cake or two. The coffee is exceptionally good, the pasteis de nata (that's almost a custard tart to you and me) are just wonderful, the staff are lovely and the prices cannot be mathematically correct, it's as cheap as chips. Go in, eat cakes, feel bad about yourself it's worth it. Réservez une table maintenant

cannot be wrong with Portuguese eating. octopus large, but grilled oktopus had too much oil, seabass fresh and juicy, francescina authentic. Delta coffee, design Super-Bock and vinho verde. average prices and cozy simple atmosphere.

Did a 24 mile round trip for a takeaway, fir their food. Decent menu with plenty of choice. Roasted chicken beats anything you can eat anywhere in the UK, Francesinha is a must. Very reasonable prices. Will keep coming back

Fantastic restaurant! The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Barbara, along with her mother and the entire team, are truly the best! I highly recommend it!
