Situated in a row of eateries alongside the marina, it is difficult for this restaurant to stand out on the outside. However, once inside, the decor and spaciousness really do set the scene for an excellent dining experience. We ordered the set banquet for two, consisting of three starters, all were very tasty and served hot. The main courses of Szechuan chicken, sizzling mixed seafood and special fried rice, were all superb, especially the seafood, with lots of fish, squid, and prawns. Needless to say, we couldn't manage any desserts! A beautiful restaurant perfectly located by the sea in Glenelg. On arrival, we were welcomed and shown to our table. The ambiance is romantic and the service exemplary.We started with the most amazing Peking duck. This is a MUST! The remainder of our meal was simply sensational.Pricing is appropriate for the quality and our time spent at Lychie was a wonderful experience.Do not miss this restaurant when visiting Glenelg S.A.

My wife and I ordered the Mongolian sizzling steak and the Black Bean and Ginger Chicken for the main and we also had an entree each. Didn't have to wait long and it was absolutely delicious. It's not the cheapest meal around but it was top notch. I would definitely eat here again. The view is also nice looking into the marina.

It is so much better eating the food fresh. We picked up Szechuan Volcano meat and a Singapore noodles and were so disappointed. We only had 3 tiny pieces of chicken in the volcano dish very disappointing and the Singapore noodles were full of bok choy and had no curry flavour whatsoever!! Réservez une table maintenant

Attended the Lychie restaurant at Glenelg with a group of 9 adults and took the chance on the banquet, which is usually risky due to the size of the servings, but happy to say the food was plentiful and tasty and the price was $65 a head including our beverages. Well worth a return trip.

Enjoyed a banquet for 2, which could be changed to suit our tastes. Was delicious. Dumplings were one of my favourites of the menu. Both the mains - a chicken & sizzling beef dish were also delicious. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely go back again

Went here with friends that are very regular customers.Got the VIP treatment but could see the staff are very efficient and look after all customers.The food was sensational, some of the best Chinese I've had for a long time.Excellent wine list as well

Booked large group of 8 men for dinner .We ordered only 6 mains and 2 rice . There was enough food for all the service was quick , a good a ray of drinks . Price good , great location Réservez une table maintenant

Wonderful setting, lovely atmosphere and the food was very tasty. Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant to family and friends and I will certainly be going back very soon.

Otried 4 Chinese restaurants nin Adelaide and this is the only one worth reviewing. Good menu ,reasonable prices and flavoursome dishes. Nice ambience overlooking the marina
