My go-to taco truck order is authentic style steak tacos with cilantro, onions, crispy tortillas, both red and green salsas, and a side of sour cream. At Machete, I appreciate that the steak isn’t tough or rubbery, and the pieces aren’t chopped into tiny bits, making for a better bite each time. If you order tacos of any style, I suggest asking for a crispy tortilla so the juices don’t soften it as easily. If you're looking for the best food truck you can find.... you've found it. Machete is the BEST! We had them at our wedding and they were the biggest hit. Not to mention I have never seen a food truck work so quickly to ensure orders don't take too long, and that the food is the absolute best possible quality it can be. It was so cold and about time for them to be closing up shop at my apartment complex. But the woman who took my order was so nice and accommodating. They had my order up and ready super quick. One of the best taco trucks I’ve had. The burrito loco was incredible and the quesadillas are also quite good. Even the tortillas used had a lot of flavor and the churros are authentic and delicious. You get a lot of food for your money so come hungry! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
