Maciel's Tortas Tacos (downtown）

Just to start this out as honestly as i can, we had just gotten out of a 6+ hour long drive so we were hungry and sorta didn't care about what to get just knew we wanted food! With that being said this food was amazing, we both got the Veggie Burrito and a fountain drink. Food didn't take long to get to us, we were seated upstairs, which on its own is a completely different experience that we weren't expecting, you walk into a small entrance where you can see the cooks making the orders and you place your order at the counter, not gonna lie the downstairs isn't much to look at but I do appreciate being able to see the cooks, not for security or anything, just because you don't see that too o...

Excellent food, outstanding customer service! We brought a bus group of 70+ high school students and parents through Memphis this week and ordered Maciel’s delivery. They made the whole experience nothing short of amazing. Communication was fantastic, and they accommodated our group in several ways, including labeling each meal with individual names to make distribution a breeze. The food was hot and waiting when we arrived to our destination, and it was absolutely delicious. Maciel’s did everything to make the whole process easy. I can’t recommend them enough!

great place for a couple of street tacos. perfect to grab and go or sit and eat. when they are immersed, they go up where the area is more open and that is better. the waiting staff will bring them chips and queso and will refill their drinks while they wait until they bring their order to them. overall, great value for the money. pretty impressed by the aromen that are simple but delicious.

fantastic fresh made Mexican food. we were close and wanted a quick bite. probably over ordered display we got free chips n dip a taco everyone, my spicy garnels was fantastic. and then to share a delicious tinga tostada with nachos. really good, up there with the best I ate. they try to be in the opposite. snowy at 8 o'clock so early

Everything was delicious. My wife said the spicy fish tacos were mind-blowing. I had the only two vegetarian tacos I could find, the avocado and the potato ones and they were great too. I would encourage them to add a soymeat version to their menu.
