Mac's Philly Steaks

Normally a Mac's philly steaks experience is the best! It's my favorite restaurant in the finger lakes. This time was different. I ordered a Philly Hot, my go-to sandwich. Meat, cheese, hot peppers. This time I got meat, cheese, onions and.... banana peppers!?!? This was NOT a Philly Hot. It was still good but it wasn't the sandwich I was excited for. First off, I like onions but they make the sandwich sweet and banana peppers don't have the heat to make it a Philly Hot. If you're out of hot peppers tell the customer so they can change the order. It just wasn't the same. Consistency is so important!

Finally, some place that really does know how to make a veggie sub. When I first opened up the container I thought they accidentally gave me a Philly sandwich. Normally when I asked for a veggie sub someplace, I get like three pieces of lettuce one and a half slice of tomato and a sprinkling of onion. Usually nothing much but bread. Nobody knows how to make them. But you guys do... it was outstanding. Very nice service

All I can say is great food and thank God for napkins! Mac's Philly is great spot for fast and delicious comfort food. I got the 16in buffalo chicken Philly (employee recommend and now recommended by me) and it was huge! I'm definitely going to enjoy the left overs. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, quick service. I will be back!

Really enjoyed our visit here. Staff was wonderful which always helps. Food was so well done. Fried pickles better than any we've ever had, huge portions of everything, and it was all just as ordered. A very good experience and much better than a chain restaurant.

Our waitress Morgan was very nice. The food was excellent. Very spacious inside for dine in. Yes I definitely recommend ?? Update: 8/16/19 Our waitress Morgan is always very friendly and always on point with everything. KUDOS!??

Am originally from Philly so was glad to have come across Mac 's while staying in the area. I had the Cheese Steak, Cheesiest variety. The Amoroso roll makes it ?

.I ordered the blue cheese Philly and the meat was dry and the onion rings were so over cooked only a couple were actually edible. I'll never come here again

Stop in here all the time. They have some unique garbage plates and they are all fantastic! Country sweet plate is the best!

Eat in or take out. Breakfast all day, diner food, philly steak subs, and a variety of garbage plate choices.

Changed their hours, but it wasn't updated online. I drove there on a weekend and they were closed at 3:30.
