I was very pleased with how accommodating and understanding the manager on duty was with my very simple menu request. Kudos to her for being kind and communicating! However, the young lady at the register would benefit from customer service training and an attitude adjustment. It costs nothing to be kind and understanding and finding solutions is easier than one may think. After placing a to-go order I asked for a large cup of ice for water. She refused even though I offered to pay for it. As a woman 7 months pregnant in over 80 degree weather this was preposterous to me. Guy at the counter asked me the same questions 3x then asked for a tip before any service so that sets the tone. Food is fine, nothing notable. Matcha is sweetened but they don’t tell you. Just a regular place with paper straws slinging food and beverage for money, will do in a pinch if you happen to be in this particular mini-mall without a lot of options.

We love going to Madhatters! The staff, atmosphere, and food is delightful and delicious beyond measure. Additionally, we got my son’s 2nd birthday cake from here and our guests STILL talk about how delicious it was. Five stars and can’t wait to come back!

Stopped in here for breakfast and I loved the location, pretty scenery, helpful staff and good food. Got the quiche, arugula salad, cheese danish and iced coffee. I enjoyed everything!
