Typically, the service at Mad Mex is fast, but today the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, likely due to the extreme heat. The restaurant was bustling, and we had to wait in line for at least 15 minutes, followed by another 15 minutes to cook the meats as they were running low. It wasn't exactly "fast food" today. Overall, the food was a 4 out of 5, presentation a 3 out of 5, service a 2 out of 5, and the location a 4 out of 5.
I came here for the for the first time this Monday and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. I had the quesadillas which were really tasty and quite cheap if I might add. It's situated at the top level of the centre, meaning it was the perfect distance from the university to just have a break and catch up on some quick food quick in the sense that the food took no longer than 5 minutes to reach my table.
I have random Mad Mex cravings every now and then, which is always satisfied with a naked burrito! Always my go-to, I choose pork or veggie free guacamole! . Medium salsa is pretty good because despite being able to handle heat pretty well, spicy really got me!<br/ <br/ One downside is the portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller. I left still hungry after the meal
The food at this restaurant is stunning and I would highly recommend it. The Mexican dishes are absolutely delicious and come at a reasonable price. The food is always fresh and I have never had a negative experience here. My only suggestion would be to increase the portion size of their guacamole. Réservez une table maintenant
Incredible. Cheap, delicious, easy, fast. Unbeatable. Go to dish would be beef nachos with guacamole. Should be $13.50 I believe. Serves both soft drinks and alcoholic. Dessert, gluten free, vegetarian options available too.
Nice burritos (I have no idea if they are authentic or not). Good variety of fillings and you can choose your level of chilliness in the sauce. Quite different to other Mexican restaurants.
It's indeed a happy place if you are a vegetarian as you do not find many good options.My favourite is the Burrito bowl which is filling and tasty.One bowl is too filling for one.

"Great choice of Italian food with some interesting twists. Staff were polite The gnocchi was as tasty as any we eaten before. The children's meal was simple and reasonably cheap. Mercato e Cucina was perfect for a treat out as a family."
