Not my favourite Mad Mex, but as my boyfriend prefers this one because he thinks it's closer I will go often, tho I'd rather black town Mad Mex.
The food is still good, but the staff are very rude half the time. They forgot my Guacamole once and I had to run back to get it cause I live for guacamole. The girl who served me knew I payed for it so and handed me one, but not with out being rude about it as if it was my fault they forgot? I didn't even get an apology :( other times they seem unhappy to be there, I get it I work at KFC myself, but you should either quit or put on a smile. I also hate the fact that they don't have a recycling bin for glass and plastic bottles !!! What the guys it'...
I could visit this place only once once during my 2 month stay in Australia. It was a sendoff treat for me from a close buddy, the night before I flew back to India. I was pretty impressed with their quality and choices.
I tried their naked veggie Burrito, and it was quite a treat for my tastebuds! Just the right amount of flavour. The quantity could have been better, but that's not really reason enough to complain.
We got our order pretty fast, as is the case with most fast food joints. We also had a couple of soft drinks, which were pretty standard fare. The ambiance was quite good, and appeared authentic.

So to start about, the staff here treats you as per the origin you belong to. It has been notice several time that they discriminate on the basis of your origin. For the first two times i thought that they serve this amount for the Naked Burrito, but wait someone behind me took the same and got a box filled with all the ingredients. Now that's surprising isn't it? Wouldn't recommend this place at all. And the management should hire staff who are friendly and equal as everyone who comes here pays the same, I dint pay less to get a small portion.
I don't mind this franchise and I do like there decor but this place has a upstairs area which looks like it's still undergoing renovations! There is 2 long tables upstairs but that's it. A curtain is up which they use here to keep there stock
My main gripe is my naked burrito being barely warm!

This Mexican restaurant is easily one of the best in Australia. The food is served quickly and at a reasonable price. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious Mexican dishes, but my personal favorite is the Grande Melt (highly recommended).
there are so many restaurants in parramatta and I didn't know what to choose. mad men is one of the safest place to go and they supply healthier fast food, I got the naked burrito with chorizo and huh (to be continued)
"Mexican" done badly in a fast food environment. I don't know anyone could rate this above average. It's not even a restaurant IMO. It's places like this that turn people off Mexican food forever.
We arrived at the restaurant during three different mealtimes, but were completely ignored by the staff at the reception. We were extremely frustrated and will not be returning to this establishment.

Mad Mex is definitely consistent with service, servings, quality and so on.
Still hung up on the fact that Guac is additional, it should be a free resource; like water...
fantastic burritos, nachos and churs great in a good locality when they are looking for a fast food experience or take-away. not eating well. good price for money
