This is the second takeaway meal since it reopened. Have you changed the chef??? The first meal was bland and I didn’t really enjoy and ended up leaving most of it. Before lock down the food was lovely and couldn’t fault it. So I gave them another go tonight hoping it was a one off last time, but no, this was even worse. It was awful I’m sorry to say. We will not be ordering again. We even had a text from them tonight saying they were open and if you ordered on line you got 10% off, well that never happened either!! I’m gutted as I used to love your food.
I don’t know if the owners have changed or something as there are a lot of bad reviews and we’ve always had a great meal. Moved to the area recently and have already eaten here 4 times. It’s some of the nicest Chinese food we’ve had outside of Asia. Delivery can be slow at busy times and they have called once to say they were out of tofu so couldn’t supply one dish we’d ordered. Food is always hot and tasty. It’s cheaper to order from just eat than direct which seems odd so check and save yourself £1!
I had a terrible dining experience at this restaurant. The rice was clumpy and stuck to the container, the curry sauce was cold and solid, and the chips were soggy. The duck was extremely tough and inedible. I couldn't eat any part of this meal and I've never had such a bad Chinese meal before. The only thing that was somewhat edible were the chicken balls, but even those were not very good. I am extremely dissatisfied that I spent £37 on such awful food.
This is the second time we have ordered and I honestly don’t know why we bothered ordering again after the first issue we had. They charged us £8 delivery!! And took almost 2 hours to arrive. The food is nice but the service is so rubbish! When you call for updates they don’t answer the phone. We will not be ordering again. We gave them the benefit of the doubt last time but we will use another Chinese moving forward.

I had ordered from here before at the beginning of 2020 and thought never again, one of the worse Chinese take aways I’ve ever had. I decided to try again after reading a review I read on here not long ago, so glad I did. What a difference. Was really good and from now on this will be our go to Chinese take away place. Delivery expensive though at £4.
Absolutely disgusting the worst Chinese I have ever had. The prawns were in thick spongey batter and had huge dark veins still left in which absolutely turned my stomach, the beef, chicken and ribs were all mainly fat and gristle and the satay sauce was grey! Picked at the chips and threw the rest in the bin, absolutely awful
Not impressed I am afraid. Gloopy and lack of flavour and a lot more expensive than our local takeaway who unfortunately are closed on Tuesdays. Could go on e.g. expensive local delivery charges even when spending £40+ on food. Real shame won’t be back I am sorry to say.
Usually, this restaurant is a good choice for takeout. However, my recent order took almost 2 hours to be delivered and arrived cold, tasteless, and chewy. To be honest, it was not a great experience.

I ordered from this restaurant again and was delighted with my experience. The takeout was great, with the food being correct, hot, and delivered on time. And it was delicious too!
Although the food can often take a while to arrive it is always worth the wait and the food is consistantly excellent and very good value for money.
