Madtongsan is one of our most visited restaurants in Sunnybank and definitely the most visited Korean restaurant by us in the area. When we sat down for dinner on a Monday night there were only a few other tables dining in with us, but halfway through the meal the restaurant became full. My boyfriend loves the spicy beef stew and gets it every time we come. I'm not a huge beef eater but he kept telling me how tender the meat was and how it is cooked perfectly and never chewy and dry. For myself, I've ordered something different each time coming here. On the most recent visit I only felt like soup so I had the kimchi jjigae and thought it was really tasty and the perfect amount of spice. Bo...

Took the kids there after reading the trip advisor reviews for a quick dinner. I should have followed my guts and walked out when there were zero Korean customers, and the service staff were Chinese. Kids were hungry and they already sat at a table. We ordered only a few items as I wanted to see what it was like. Ox tail soup, seafood pancake and bibimbap in stone.I returned the pancake as it was inedible. The waitress looked confused and asked if I wanted a doggie bag. NO. I want to tell the "chef" it was really bad - tasteless seafood, tasteless pancake. She then said that we will be charged. Whatever. We did not finish the ox tail soup.Hubby went out to get some take out whilst gathered up...

We had dinner on a Sunday night and although the area was busy, the restaurant was half empty. It was the only Korean place we could see, so we walked in a ordered cautiously - bibimbap, seafood pancake etc. you can really go wrong with these items.Oh boy, was I wrong!!!We returned some items and only ate half the other dishes due to hunger. We ended up at the Singaporean restaurant and ordered some chicken rice (not bad).Korean eateries in Brisbane need to step up their game. Or, if anyone can recommend an authentic and tasty Korean joint, message me PLEASE!!!! Réservez une table maintenant

Had decide to try out this place instead of going to Southside Bistro after late night workout and I've ordered the bibimbap the first time and it was alright for me as it is not standing out and the second time ordered the seafood stew, personally, still prefer the one at Top Up. Overall a good experience and decent price for the meals as well

Went to Sunnybank and found this Korean Restaurant. It wasn't crowded when we were there. The Beef Bibimbab on hot stone wasn't that authentic but the Bo Ssam dish was delicious! It was a dish with grilled pork belly that was sliced into pieces - ate it with spicy salad, chilling, cucumber and carrot.

The food was pretty good. I ordered the bibimbap with raw beef and we shared the ramen with topokki in spicy sauce. My friends commented that the branch in the city does a better rendition of that dish and that they serve a bigger serving in the city. But overall, a good place to grab Korean food.

I bought 2 take aways for my wife as she feels like Korean. The meat was very little almost to no existent, the taste was plain. I went there for dinner couple of times, and the food was good. Somehow the take away are different. Less in quantity, and less in quality. Réservez une table maintenant

Two staff members during peak hour (friday night on a long weekend). Had to waited nearly half an hour to be served even though we tried and waived at them.
