Mafalda - Réservation de table

1st night in Malaga and after a long day went for a walk on the beach front to find this place buzzing with locals. Really busy so after a wait of 30mins we ordered the chicken and ham campero and fries. We did have another half hour wait before food was ready but really worth it. The portions are massive (could only eat half) and very tasty. The fries were home made and although not crispy were very nice and the alioli one of the best I’ve had. Very informal; just order then find a seat and enjoy the local atmosphere. Beer was cold and inexpensive as was the bill for 4 of us. Even gave us foil to wrap up the campero to take home.

Very good vegetarian food. It was unexpected to find a vegetarian friendly bufet with such a great variety of burgers. The portions were big and included good and crispy fries. All the food was for a good price and ready quite fast. The people there were very friendly. Overall a great experience.

the food is very blunt and tasty. The best campers in the marshmall you find them here. the only negative thing would be that it takes a long time to serve, but it is due to high demand. However, the wait is worth it.

amazing place to eat some hamburgeons at night, at the front of the beach and at very good price! the attention of the waiters is super good! We had to wait almost 45 min to enjoy it but the wait is worth it! Réservez une table maintenant

My local friends are regulars to Mafalda and they took me there twice. Their camperos (typical round toasted sandwiches from Málaga) are world class affordable and delicious! The staff are lovely too.

They have lowered the quality since the last time I was, the campers are smaller. It's no longer worth going there, there are better campers in my neighborhood. What a shame.
