Mafraria Bakery and Pastéis de Nata

We visited Portugal for one week and stayed in Barreiro. This was one of the regular places we stopped by daily. Cakes, sandwiches and salted cakes are all fabulous. Great value for money and friendly service.

Very busy and popular! Good pastries, orange juice is nice (fresh juice diluted with water). Don't understand ice coffee or ice mocha, but haven't found it anywhere in Portugal.

Optimo espaço. Os produtos são muito bons e acessíveis. As funcionárias são simpáticas e mesmo com muito trabalho conseguem sempre sorrir. Ambiente agradável.

Some great bread and cakes at very reasonable prices, even by Portuguese standards. Worth it for the custard tarts and the seed baguettes.
