Recommend Maggiano's Little Italy for their delicious cuisine and high quality meals! I used the catering office to place a large order for a holiday luncheon. The ordering process was flawless and easy. The catering staff and delivery driver were wonderful and very kind. The food arrived well packed, steaming hot, moist and delicious. Price was affordable and was under our budget after a slight modification to my order. Everyone at my office was extremely pleased and satisfied by the hardy meal. I worked with Jennifer and Jasmine and they were absolutely amazing and very patient with me. Thank you Jennifer, Jasmine, and Maggiano's staff for your hard work!! Maggiano's atmosphere is always a pleasant delight. I have enjoyed many special events at the Washington D.C. location. My recent dining experience with the server Judah a.k.a Yoda was fabulous!!!! He was very attentive, kind and efficient. I commendhis warmth and friendliness, those are great elements for good customer service. The food was okay, perhaps the menus needs tobe modernized just a little. Otherwise, good experience.
Some of the worst food I have ever had! I don’t know how you screw up something as simple as a baked penne. But they figured it out. The sauce was grossly sweet and otherwise unseasoned. There were only a few little fragments of Italian sausage andbarely an cheese. Plus it took over an hour for delivery. Stay away. Enclosed is a photo of this sad sad meal.
My go to for a Great Time!! If you ever want great service, great food and good drinks... this is your go to. Management is totally engaged with customers. Food is always good and fresh. Always a great environment. Never too loud and even when itsbusy, you always feel attended to. Cash is one the best bartenders there. Highly recommended????????

The Lasagna was HORRIBLE; Old w/Melted Cheese on Top Extremely Cold. I took One Bite I Was Done!! I Don apos;t Know What Happened to This Chevy Chase Location (new management, etc); but This is Definitely Not the 4* Maggiano apos;s Italian Restaurant I Fell in Love With 2yrs Ago!?!
We visited for the weekend and were craving pasta for dinner. We're so glad we picked this restaurant! The pasta was absolutely delicious. The only thing to note is that it took a bit longer to arrive than we were told, but it was definitely worth the wait!
This restaurant is fantastic and ideal for dinner parties. The food is consistently delicious and saves me a lot of time when preparing for gatherings. My favorites include the shrimp scampi, stuffed mushrooms, chicken parmesan, and the renowned rigatoni.
I never received the soda. The clams and spaghetti were fine, but stingy on the clams. The garlic in the sauce was perfect. Overall though, I think the price for a plate basically of noodles, without the beverage, is exorbitant.
