Visiting from Utah, first time in Atlanta, we stayed a week and this was the best meal we had the whole trip. I have celiac disease and we travel frequently and it’s always a struggle to eat out. The the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to enjoy my meal. They gave us a complimentary appetizer and made something gluten free for me so I didn’t feel left out, the waitress Johnette was SO nice, she went over the gluten free options and the chef ended up coming out once I ordered to clarify what I was ordering and what he could substitute to make it gluten free. Everyone was very accommodating. The manager also checked in several times. Food was amazing and so were the desserts...
I picked up a large catering order for a luncheon I hosted. The staff promptly took our order and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before we left. The manager, Charles, was literally TOP NOTCH! Maggiano’s says their passion is to make people feel special, and he delivers that and more. He was so extremely attentive to our needs and accommodating to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. He is awesome, and so is the chef and staff!! I would highly recommend for a date night, casual business lunch or catering for events.
Marianna with the beautiful tattoos at the pick up counter last night went above and beyond to accommodate a request for me. I wanted to offer excellent feedback in the survey, but never received one. Since she’s such a special member of your team, I still wanted to figure out a way to highlight how kind and helpful she was. Thank you so very much!
We had more food than we could shake a stick at, and it was all delicious! The stuffed mushrooms and salmon were a hit for me. I'm a chocolate cake fan, and it was awesome! The service was top-notch, 10/10. The atmosphere was great with the large group we had. I absolutely will be back.

I would give it zero stars if I could, flavorless and overpriced. They also tried sitting us near the kitchen in an empty restaurant when we made a reservation. It’s really fallen off, don’t waste your money, overpriced Applebees food.
My experience was amazing. Charles made our visit very special and the food was delicious! Literally the best lasagna I’ve ever had! The ambiance is so nice, and our server Mazia was attentive and great! Wow!
Order on line, carry out. Maggiano's online ordering system needs an upgrade. Tried to order a family meal and system would not let me bypass ordering/paying for desert I didn't want
Wonderful experience at Maggiano’s… I showed up for a late dinner and had a fantastic time. The food was great, service was good and they validated parking

Food was not bad at all, however I have experienced better food from other Maggianos restaurants. No other issues noted
