Maggiano's Oak Brook

We were a party of 7 people and it took forever to get our food! We did family style. For one example, when they did bring out refills, they only brought out one plate of 7 ravioli. Huh? We had 4 grown men with us. We asked for more and had to wait 10-15 minutes before more showed up. This happened each time. I'm guessing someone didn't show up because our server was running around. Service was very disappointing, but I still gave our server a very large tip because I was feeling generous on Black Friday. This is the first time I was disappointed in Maggiano's service. We had practically no extra food left over. If this happens again, I will be less generous. I'm hoping this was a one-off in...

Maggiano’s Oak Brook never disappoints. The food is always excellent, they seat us within minutes of our reservation time, and our servers are always excellent. It’s our Christmas Eve go-to every year, as well as a top choice anytime we go out to eat.

The only complaint is that it was VERY hot, it felt like the heat was blasting throughout our whole visit, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to relax and enjoy.

We were there for a Birthday celebration, everyone was helpful and accommodating. Our server Pepe was attentive and provided excellent service.
