Never order from here again its a joke just got my order and the pizza is black, I rang up to complain and just got laughed at, it took an hour to get the food and the getting told that it's going to be another 30 too 45 min wait is unacceptable, do they not have food standards, I would have never sent food out in this state, but to top it off while complaining I'm getting laughed at on the phone, is truly unacceptable very very poor customer service all completely unacceptable
Only given one star as can't give none. Very disappointed had chicken fillet burger meal and the other half had their version of the zinger burger and some chicken nuggets. My chicken fillet was flat as a pancake the bun was very soggy and in general very tasteless .. french fries were overcooked. Zinger burger was ok but the nuggets were over cooked. All in all not the best takeaway won't be going back
I ordered from this restaurant last night (12/05/22) and the delivery was really fast with no issues. However, the chicken wrap I ordered was of such poor quality that this morning I am feeling very ill and stuck in bed. I didn't eat anything else yesterday except for the food from this place. I will definitely not be ordering from here again, as I feel like I am on my deathbed.
I placed an order, made the payment, received an estimated time of arrival, and was informed that the order was on its way. However, it has been almost an hour now, and I still have not received my food. Additionally, no one is answering the phone when I try to inquire about the status of my order. The food at Babylon is consistently delicious and served hot. Both delivery and walk-in orders are fast and efficient. We are regular customers at Babylon.
Order at 5.10 the delivery came shortly before 6:00, always good; hot and much of it. Can't recommend Babylon Waterloo Rd enough. Thank you.
