If you love tofu and vegetables with noodles, this restaurant is a hidden gem. First, grab a bowl and fill it with the raw materials you want from a salad-like bar. There are 3 freeze-dried meat you skip and then, EVERYTHING ELSE IS VEGAN! There are a variety of vegetables, tofu, noodles, pineapple, sauces with their unique taste, garlic water and ginger water. Then add your bowl to the cook that will cook on the large round grill. To avoid cross-contamination, you can ask that the grill is cleaned before your food is cooked. You can then use sesame seeds and peanuts. Our family of 5 visited Magic Grill for dinner tonight. We are 1 vegan, 1 pescatarian and 3 omnis. We were all able to choose ingredients for our individual taste and nutritional preferences. If you choose tofu, I would suggest using at least 5 pans of sauces to ensure that it is sufficiently flavored.

I took my long-term Carnivore friend for lunch today, and they LOVES Mongolian Grills. Magic Grill is more beautiful than most I've seen. You sit first for soup and tea or soda, then repair your bowl and have cooked it. The vegetable soup is only vegetable and vegetable broth – just fresh and delicious. At the grill my friend got what she wanted, and I got tons of veggies with tofu. (I checked, and the noodles have eggs in them. My server brought me brown rice to add my bowl, and that was perfect. The servers and Grillmann are super friendly and helpful. It is a great find in an area without tons of choice for vegans.
