I would not recommend staying at this hotel based off of my experience. I stayed here August 10th-12th for my birthday on August 11th was excited loved the atmosphere. Woke up on Sunday there was welts and bites all over my skin and back we thought maybe it was just a spider! No it was BEDBUGS!!!!! My girlfriend and I had to leave at 3 in the morning because we were so disgusted and upset. We are currently waiting on a refund and We will be reporting the hotel to the health department. Taking their time to get out refund because they have to do an investigation and go through certain protocols. It was also stated because we booked through a 3rd party it it would take longer to receive a refu...
Had a good stay. The room was perfect size just me and my hubs. The size of the tv surprised, me as you can tell in my picture it's hug. The room had good lighting options. I was on the 9th floor where there was some great views. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was smaller then expected. The toilet is so close to the shower door, but we made it work. The pool is indoor and heated if you travel in the winter. The bar and restaurant was very delicious and cost efficient, but not really much kid friendly options. The hotel is clean and smells so good. I dont know how they do it but every time the AC comes on it gave a wonderful cent of Lavender mixed with something no one knew. Thumb...
THIEVES AND LIARS! I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past never again. I made a reservation to check in 2/15/24 at 3pm. As my plans changed, I called on 2/14/24 at 11:35 a.m. (more than 24 hours prior to check in) to cancel the reservation. I spoke with a woman who gave me her name and a confirmation number and informed me she would cancel the reservation and that I would not be charged. I was in Dallas and could have used the room had I known this hotel was operated by liars, but as I didn 't know that, I stayed with my daughter instead. On 2/19, the hotel charged my card for the night, claiming I canceled with less than 24 hours ' notice. I have the phone records, that is a lie...
The building and rooms look gorgeous and the food on site is very good the only problem I had was that the rooms had some things that were broken such as our remote and one of the lamps. The remote wasn't broken per se. It still worked. It's just it would rattle like something was loose inside of it. Lamp on the other hand was a wiring problem and I was able to get it on with some movement and propping up. All in all the location was great staff was mostly friendly (I tried to ask for a late out the lady told me I'd have to wait till the next shift came in to get approved for that, called back an hour later no problem) Just a couple of little things that would've made this place from good to... Thank you Beeman staff! I recently resided there from July 9-13th as I was evacuated from my home in Houston after Beryl. The staff were very generous and flexible with me in extending my stay when needed. They were all very empathetic to my situation and very kind. The location is the best since it is essentially across the street from Lifetime and is in walkable distance from Kroger. Couldn't beat that with a stick! Thank you again for having me and allowing me to feel home away from home during a very trying time. Your kindness will not be forgotten, this is my go-to place when I come to Dallas. Tried to call and ask if I could pay for the night to checkin after hours. Was willing to pay but just wasn’t possible online. The booking person was amazing, so understanding and directed me to the front desk. I talked to the front desk, and oh boy does that guy whose name starts with a w have an attitude problem and a bad temper. Basically said I can’t checkin because he’s still on Tuesday (whatever that means)…. and I have to wait until Tomorow, or just go to Expedia or something and figure it out. Sorry to be an inconvenience and Sorry I woke you up from your nap. I’m sure Hilton won’t have a hard time taking my money
Nice hotel in a great location. Nice paintings throughout the hotel. Rooms are ok. I really like the bathroom. Beds are on the hard side really didn't like that but everything else was ok . Nice cool room and keeps you chill in this texas heat. Nice dinning area and bar. Food was good. I had a quesadilla and a long Island ice tea which was good. The pool area is very nice. They have free parking behind the hotel in a garage. It's about a 2 minute walk. That's the downside but nothing major unless it's raining . Definitely will come back
I will never stay here again. The walls at the Beeman are paper-thin. I could clearly hear the people in the adjacent room talking at normal volume levels until all hours of the night. While the room itself was nicely decorated and comfortable, the lack of sound proofing was absolutely ridiculous. Réservez une table maintenant
