For our wedding anniversary my wife and I wanted to eat an Indian meal. I checked TripAdvisor first and was surprised to find excellent ratings. The ratings turned out to be correct. Service was efficient, very pleasant and the food was very good. We started with poppadoms, had a prawn starter, followed by Lamb Koorma and Chicken Tikka all accompanied by Baarer beer which went very well with the Indian food. Reasonable price too.
The food and service were averagely good. The furnishings seemed a bit makeshift. The dried tulips, the unsightly Christmas decorations on the tables, but above all the cobwebs on the candlesticks and ceiling, left the whole atmosphere in a shabby condition. A pity. The high rating can be attributed primarily to the take away.
I had a vegetarian dish with some dried fruits I think it was cardamon in it, it was SO YUM!! Honestly, one of the best indian dishes I've ever had. And the guy was super friendly. We were really happy as there was not a lot of restaurants to chose from it was quite late as well. Strongly recommend.
The food is incredible here, we love their vege thali's ! Great warm friendly service ! Being a Londoner is a great curry fix, decor is more Lahore kebab house type venue with Benares quality food! Definitely highly recommended! Réservez une table maintenant
Nice place to eat. There's buffet during the weekdays during lunch for 20CHF. There are both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options in the buffet. Also one can order from the menu card as well.
