For a long time there was no Indian restaurant at the Iserlohn, which I felt very shamed. I was pleasantly surprised. The service is very friendly and discreet. So we had to study the menu and drink for a long time, but at the first small Wink we were immediately in place. I immediately noticed that various varieties were offered by Lassi (salted, sweet and fruity). I chose the salty variant, Namkin-Lassi, because in my opinion it fits very well with a sharp meal. We chose Panir Pakora, a homemade cheese with chickpeas as an appetizer and Chicken Tikka from the Tandoori oven as main food. A good Indian restaurant for Iserlohner conditions with friendly, attentive service in Indian country style. There are plenty of parking facilities around. The restaurant is designed for an Indian restaurant relatively objective, boring, colourless, almost spiessy. In the meantime, I had the wish that Bastian Pastewka, dressed as a rose salesman, came in to ask all questions You want to buy roses to loosen up the boring, much too quiet atmosphere in the restaurant a bit. Maybe it was just that we were the only guests there this evening with a friendly couple, and that's why the rooms seemed a little bit bleak. Unfortunately, I don't get to Iserlohn so often. But if I'm here, a visit to the Maharaja is mandatory. An Indian restaurant of the top class. Friendly and competent boarding, great ambience and first-class dishes. For me one of the best Indian restaurants ever. Keep going!
