Mahina And Sun's Surfjack

Had a lovely dinner here over the weekend. Food was delicious; drinks were too. Loved the entertainment: we would return just to hear and see them. Excellent! Service was top-notch. Loved the location of the restaurant just off the pool. Only tough part is parking for those of us driving over. Do yourself a favor and just park at Hyatt Centric a few blocks away first and then walk to Surfjack: the restaurant will validate a good portion of the charge. Enjoy!

The ragu pasta and shrimp risotto were disappointing, as they were watery and lacked flavor. The crab hush puppies were covered in too much batter, but the oysters were fresh and tasty. The ono fish was cooked perfectly, but the accompanying mashed potatoes were watery. The service was efficient, with food and drinks coming out at a good pace, but the server was not very engaging and did not address concerns about the pasta and risotto.

I absolutely adore the charming ambiance of the Surfjack hotel. Whenever we visit, we always make sure to start with the octopus appetizer, which never disappoints. The manager was incredibly friendly and attentive. Mahina and Sun's has become our go-to dining spot whenever we are on the island.

Tucked away and quiet with beautiful background, music and ambience. The food was spectacular. Cocktails were inventive. It was the best meal we had during our stay in Hawaii. We took our two children 10 and 12 and they loved it as well. Réservez une table maintenant

Marina and Suns has a cool low-light aesthetic, and incredible seafood. The seared ahi was outstanding. Some people might even want to take a shot of coconut rum before digging into their ice cream sandwich!

Always love eating here when we visit from California. The food is fabulous, staff is kind and accommodating, and the live music is amazing! Would recommend in a heartbeat.
