Just left out that place. Horrible customer service. Walked in and wasnt greeted. Let them know i was new to the neighborhood and heard good things about the food. I was friendly polite and patient with the staff, but the young lady at the counter andthe cook just stared at me. Then proceeded to tell me they were done for the day. I asked for a menu because the one on Googleonly has 6 items. More blank stares. I love a good local pizza spot but this establishment will not receive any of my business
Just moved to the area, decided to try some takeout, Saw this place had really good reviews and I see why, I placed a large order and everything was correct when It got here, very quickly I might add, driver called from outside to let me know he was here, everything was fresh hot and very tasty, veggie pizza was delicious! cooked perfectly, I will definitely order again, would give more than five stars if I could, great job!
I called to place a delivery order but ended up having a disagreement over the order details. The management was uncooperative and unwilling to help resolve the issue. It seems the pandemic has impacted their customer service negatively. Their approach can easily drive customers away. I would suggest ordering from a different restaurant, definitely not from the Chinese place on Baltimore Ave.

It seems the Pandemic has also infected customer service skills. So many orders you can turn awaycustomers. I would recommend ordering your food from a different business. This experience was definitely worth it, and the service was quick. The woman on the phone was very patient and helpful. Being new to the area, I will definitely order again. The pizza and wings were delicious. I prefer my wings with a thicker sauce, but these were tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The sauce was flavorful. Highly recommended!

Owners are super nice. They no longer offer the specials because of price changes, but it's okay. Your pizza is still delicious love in this place so I will still buy there to support it. I don't want them to close.
