Main Street Soda Fountain

Just by chance, my wife and I stopped and ate in this restaurant on 02/14/18, on a trip from Lubbock to Junction, TX. We couldn't have found a better place. I had no fresh grilled chicken breast sandwich in all my 69 years. The chicken breast was tasteful and grilled to perfection. The bungalow was so fresh, he could have been homemade. The salad and the tomato could have been picked while we were there. My wife's baked potato was wonderful. My only regret is that I could not have held a hamburger. If the grilled chicken sandwich was as good as it was, I can only imagine how good their hamburgers would have been.

My family and I stayed on the way home from San Antonio to Amarillo and it was one of the best meals we had on our trip! Great sandwiches, cookies and waitress! Very recommended!!

I usually eat here when I go through Ballinger. I love their lunch specialties. I had the Jalapeno bacon queue. To die!

Lunch will not be better than on Main Street! Great food every time. Bobbie and Ashley never let me run out of tea.
