Excellent déjeuner avec un collègue le mercredi 19/07/2017. Le personnel était accueillant et attentif; même si nous sommes restés très tard à discuter, nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis pressés. La salle à manger est élégamment décorée et confortable, sans paraître trop formelle ou démodée comme c'est souvent le cas dans les petites villes de province françaises. Plusieurs options de déjeuner, toutes d'un bon rapport qualité prix, nous avons eu le menu à 36 euros (choix de 3 entrées, 3 plats principaux, une assiette dégustation avec 4 mini desserts, plus un verre de vin inclus). Qualité des ingrédients et exécution excellentes. Vin de Champagne servi parfaitement frais. Fortement recommandé...

After an erupting day, we landed at the table of the Demarcq house...and everything was there to finally relax: a refined and warm setting, a flawless service and a exceptional wine map. As for dinner, it was a real delight for taste buds: the mouthful of surprises made us rediscover forgotten flavors, the risotto with summer truffles, an explosion of flavors, the beef meat net and its small vegetables, a sweet mix of tenderness and childhood memories! The cheeses offered leave us a choice worthy of a large table...Finally, the chefs are accessible and listened to.to be done very quickly! an address to be highly recommended!
in a historic place accompanied by a welcome worthy of this name, we once again made a very beautiful journey of flavors in the most beautiful sign of the city of Cambrai. I strongly recommend discovering the demarcq house to the lovers of culinary sensations. most of the card currently: dessert served with fresh honey drawn from the hive frame. Unbelievable discovery!

We went for a birthday in this famous restaurant of Cambrai.We took the menu accompanied by its wines.Many flavor in general.We went out disappointed with the value of the price. We reported it to the boss at the end of the meal. The service is not up to a house that is known to be, although the server was nice. As far as we are concerned, address to be forgotten.
very peaceful and very pleasant environment in the heart of cambrai; small private parking. Fancy atmosphere. friendly staff, smiling and very available. nice gourmet discovery: delicious meal accompanied by a wine recommended by the staff. I'm going back to the first visit, but I'll go back.
nice moment, nice setting but somewhat cooled by the addition. Good wine map, but at the level of the meal we are far from the standards and what the restaurant thinks to be .malgree of the returns in my mixed surroundings , we have wanted, very bad ratio quality price for the coup.
Dried lobster, cardboard cakes. nothing too bad but no emotion in this completely overrated kitchen. the most expensive and tasteful restaurant of our stay in france. You have to ask to know the secret price of desserts. The aesthetic is there but not the flavor. Very disappointing.
