If you haven't eaten kuig Ammon cake in Brittany please try this rich buttery sugary delight. One of the staff on Brittany ferries had told me about this place that did savoury types so we tramped the streets of Roscoff without success looking for a patisserie until we found them in a chocolaterie. We bought the small pastries some onion flavoured and some Parmesan. Heated up as an aperitif,starter and snack they are fabulous. Can't wait to go back and stock up next time.

We bought two lovely looking ice creams from this shop. When we got them outside we found one of them was not frozen but just liquid. I took it back, only to be met by an insistence that the freezer was working so it must be ok, despite the evidence of a tub of liquid in front of the assistant. When I asked for my money back I had to wait whilst three failed phone calls to a boss or manager failed. Eventually I got a refund, but no apology at all.

This guy was a "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" which is the real deal in France! He makes the most delicious little cakes called "couignettes". Enter the shop at your peril as you will want to taste everything!

Belle boutique est une réception très professionnelle. Les produits sont d'excellente qualité. Les prix sont corrects pour dire que c'est un meilleur magasin de travailleurs en France

Everything looks much better than in reality! We tried many samplings of Brittany specialities and we were quite disappointing.
