a very good restaurant, type family kitchen...A good value quality-price that could lead us to be regull customers so it is won. A small nean-less deception on tartare: pieces of meat really too big and should have been a little bit more chopped, meat not flexible enough perhaps.... I recommend getting closer to the tartars that are more commonly found in other restaurants: ps the pain of distinguishing yourself just to distinguish themselves, it must be done only if the dish becomes better than another. I think I have the sufficiently objective qualities to say that a more common tartare (cut/texture) would like more to the majority of the guests.Poisson very good...We will go back to test the other dishes of the card!
