Stumbled across this bar earlier today after looking for a less commercial place but somewhere near the sea. Absolutely hit the jackpot. Nearly on the sea shore. Lovely comfy sofa’s. Very reasonable prices, €5.50 for G&T. The owner Ricardo runs the place alone. He’s had it for 9 months, has a young family and is trying to make a future for himself and fam. Seemed a really decent bloke who is clearly working hard to make ends meets. Would be fantastic to make thus little, friendly, homely, fantastic bar #1 on TA... Go there, have a beer and give it a 5* afterwards...
Had visited here with the previous owners and always like it. Surprised to return to see a new owner Ricardo who is native of the island. The views and comfy seating was a given but Ricardo continues the relaxed service and excellent reasonably priced food and drink. Definitely visit 3 or 4 times during our holiday. Situated below the trampolines in the new town don't be put off my the shady looking building or the touts for the restaurants and head on down, you won't regret it.
the first time on lanzarote for me, man and daughter. the world of the world bar is by far the best bar on the whole strip. it was the one bar in which I really felt like I was on vacation. beautifully looking out and so relaxing. the personal is so friendly. we felt as if we had met them for years and make the best pina coladas and paella. will have our last drink of our vacation there and when we come back, will be our first without doubt.
this was our first time on lanzarote and this is by far the best cash I've ever been. drinks are amazing quality, but very cheap. it is a beautiful atmosphere at the sea, with great music. my own and my friend immediately felt welcome from the manager who gave us many advices about good places to go, and made us really laugh every time we went there. I would recommend to anyone who travels to puerto del carmen, they will not regret it!

Our friends introduced us to this amazing hidden gem Riccardo the owner is a great guy nothing is to much trouble for him Fantasy selection of beer, spirits, wine, , cocktails etc Great freshly prepared food and bar snacks Amazing sea views and a place to watch the sunset Everywhere spotlessly clean and comfortable Will be back again very soon he made our holiday special
You're unlikely to visit this place unless you know it's there, hidden away in a slightly tired shopping centre building. Riccardo is very welcoming, prices are good, and the views are hard to beat. Ignore the worse-for-wear building and enjoy the prices and the views.
Lovely spot. Friday night barbeque with the sound of the ocean waves crashing by the shore. Casual chic., great service, fab food sooo much food... lovely atmosphere really relaxed. Exactly what you want on a trip away.
This lovely place has changed owner and Juan is brilliant ,cold beer perfect wines and cocktails ,also a great menu for tapas Burgers etc and cheap .Best place to watch sunset
