tl;dr … get the focaccia We had a very polarized experience. My BBC tap beer and lime chicken fettuccini was delicious. But my other half’s experience with the salmon was a disaster. It’s quite possible that if the kitchen had simply left off the hollandaise to begin with, it would have been fine. But, they didn’t… and then they rushed a replacement salmon that was _half raw_. The attempt to cook it further was also unsuccessful. Thankfully we got the $3 focaccia so the meal for her wasn’t a total bust. Our server and manager did comp the entree and do their best to address the situation. Someone get the kitchen staff a meat thermometer. I hear there’s a very nice kitchen store on the square nearby.

Malibu Grill Cajun Salmon is Phenomenal!!!! How do they get it so perfect? I also will Rave about the Prime Rib with Garlic Mashed Potatoes which were delicious! We came in on a cold night and our Server made the kids Hot chocolate from scratch!!!! I can't remember his name but it was Friday November 24Th!

The bartender fixed a great whiskey sour with Italian cherries. It was a good pour. This picture after I drank 1/2 of it! I'll be back to try their food next!
