Malley's Chocolates

We stopped by for a hot fudge sundae tonight at Malley's, a restaurant we have frequented for almost 40 years. This was the first time we were disappointed with our visit. The hot fudge was not the same as we remembered. When we asked, we were informed that it had been overheated, resulting in a thin consistency. We were not convinced by this explanation, as the color was off and there was something missing in the taste. Additionally, the server forgot to bring our order at first, but handled the situation well when we reminded her. I used to love coming to malleys and now that I have a son I want him to experience what I did. Every single time wE come in your staff has an attitude or doesn’t talk can’t even welcome us in and say hello how are you! Today you no longer get served icecream you have to go up and order and then sit down which before they served you. It’s just silly to me. I’m just tired of the rudeness constantly and being unfriendly makes me not wanna come here anymore!

We love Malleys! The ice cream was delicious as always. My personal fave is the puppy sundae with hot fudge. Our server seemed a little bit quiet and seemed kinda grouchy, but we all have our bad days so it wasn’t too big of a deal. Cheap and quick, so that made this stop well-worth it! We’ll be back soon!

customer service was very bad . the guy serving ice cream took our order while the girls on the phone not taking orders. My father and I was only two people in store. Then they gave me a scoop of ice cream when I order a marshmallow ice cream sundae. Réservez une table maintenant

cameron loved the whole atmosphere. We almost went to the east coast of ice. Thank you we did not. it was a real tasty bite for my 7 years. old and a real tasty bite for me! he said we should make it a habit, "to come here

I love the ice cream and chocolates at this restaurant. The in-store 'carousel' is a fun place to enjoy them. I give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

Limited product. Clean but dated. Does not carry the tradition happy Malley's feel they are known for. Staff Pleasant as always
