Not even in the worst places, where the service has been lousy, have they dared to do so much. A placid day and the apparent fortune of having found the only restaurant in the area available to eat drew a wonderful afternoon... or so we thought. What started out as a pleasant experience in a normal restaurant, ended up being a gruesome spectacle by the owner in a shameful attempt to humiliate a customer. I'm not knocking a point off for the food, which was excellent. I am doing it mainly due to the service. I found their manner quite rude. At least they were consistent, I watched them when dealing with the Spanish and they were treated the same. Fortunately, in our party were Spanish speaking Brits, and they were able to get their attention, but it was hard. Right at the beginning we had to ask for bread and alioli, which is just normal thing to present or at least ask if it was wanted. This is a delightful restaurant specialising in roasted leg of lamb basted in their own blend of garlic and olive oil. It is brought to your table as the complete leg in its roasting dish leaving the diners to carve their portions as desired. Their other speciality is a particularly good paella although it is their lamb that people from miles around come to enjoy. Highly recommended.
I think, this is the best rosted lamb leg at the coast. If you want to eat the lamb, you must take a reservation before. They did the lamb leg over 6 hours in the oven! The taste is unbelievle good, the meat is very soft and not dry. The ration are very big in this case dont order so much before. The best will be that you make a reservation with friends.
