Mama Mia, what a meal! It was homemade and incredibly flavorful. The service was excellent, even though the restaurant was busy; we were seated quickly and our food arrived in a timely manner. We started with fresh garlic bread and a salad dressed in a creamy Italian dressing. For the main course, we enjoyed Penne Pasta with Broccoli Rabe and Sausage, and Shrimp Scallops Fra Diavolo. We finished off our meal with cheesecake for dessert. Everything was delicious, there was plenty of food, and the prices were reasonable considering the quality and quantity.
Wow! I visited on a Monday evening and tried the Pasta Night Special, which included a salad, garlic toast, a large serving of lasagna, and a brownie with coffee. All of this for just $13.95, and the service was excellent. I can't wait to return next Monday!
The atmosphere is typical of a pizzeria, but the food is outstanding and reasonably priced. The service is friendly without being overbearing. I only wish I lived closer to this place!
