I went to this gelateria recommended by a friend, therefore I had high expectations. I couldn't have been more pleased! I had the pistachio ice cream (which is my favorite flavor and I tried in dozens of different places) and this one is at the top of the list: it had good consistency and a full, not so sweet, taste of pistachio. My wife had a dark chocolate ice cream in a stick and, albeit not a fun of chocolate ice cream, that was delicious with rich filling and a thick crust outside. But the real surprise was the coffee: espresso macchiato with perfect crema, exactly the way it is supposed to be served! Will definitely be back when in Ibiza.
On an island like Ibiza, you can find tons of shops and carts peddling mediocre, watered-down gelato on every corner, but when you come across TRUE ITALIAN GELATO (actually made by an Italian), you know you've found something special. This stuff is GOOD. Like, really good. You can tell they don't use the fake stuff, only fresh ingredients as the flavors are so pronounced and developed. You won't be disappointed!
Finally a proper Italian artisanal gelateria in Ibiza! I am usually pretty classic with my gelato tastes but I have to say some of the more funky tastes are really well balanced and have just the right tones in them! Pretty cool that you can just ask to taste whatever before you decide which way to go. The mojito is a must try!
I’ve been looking for a long time a real Italian ice cream in Ibiza, and I found it at MaMa. Paolino’s passion for making ice cream is to be enjoyed in classic flavor as well as in special ones, such as Mojito or spicy dark chocolate. Highly recommended!

Love this little place! They have the best ice, not only on the island, but even of the world! Toasts and juices are also delicious! Try the little strawberry ice which you can see on the picture you will feel like you are in heaven! Cheap prices!!!
7 minutes far from Eivissa Port, the best handmade Italian ice cream I could have in Ibiza!!! Nice outiside patio and smiley staff. I tried their speciality “pistacchio sesamo” which was absolutely delightful! Don’t Miss it if you pass by!
