I placed a order for pizza for my daughter's birthday party at the local park district. I ordered 4 thin crust and 1 deep dish that should have included chicken and sausage. When we cut into the deep dish instead of the chicken and sausage it was all cheese. I had the event manager at the venue call to let the restaurant know that there was a error with the one pizza and I would like a credit for the mistake. The manager Daniel informed her that before they could make a new pizza or issue a credit they would need to come and pick up the original so that he could show the kitchen what was wrong and then they would make me another as soon as they could. My wife and I were in town for a Bears game and wanted to try an authentic Chicago style deep dish pizza. We choose this Giordano’s and we’re not disappointed. It was Saturday night at dinner time when we arrived and the place was busy, but we didn’t have to wait or take that long to get served. They have a cozy atmosphere with booths or tables to sit at and had the college games on the projector screen. The service was great, friendly and attentive. We ordered a Caesar salad and Meat Lovers pizza and were not disappointed. We couldn’t even finish it all and even had leftovers to take back home. Definitely enjoyed our meal and would come back the next time we are in Chicago.
