Mama Mia - Réserver une table

Looking for a quick (but tasty) meal, we opted for Mama Mia. You can't do anything wrong with pizza, do you?Service: As we were still early, waiters didn't have time for us, but were busy getting people seated.Food: Although our meals were quickly served, the taste was very poor. We had 3 pizza's (cannibal, mama Mia and one with reblochon cheese) and a bruschetta.Desserts were fairly good, except for the tiramisu. This was still running from half way down. When informing the waitress we had the impression she was acting to be surprised. We must admit, she did offer us another dessert, but we declined as - in mean time - we just wanted to leave.In one word : disappointment!

I know...going to an Italian Restaurant in France? Well, when all of the other restaurants basically snub you at 1:30 pm on a Sunday after you have completed your city tour, Mama Mia was most welcoming. They blended French tradition with Italian, so that our excellent Margarite Pizza also included a nice French crime brûlée for dessert. Our white wine cost extra but was tasty. Others in our tour group had also been quite gruffly snubbed by the other restaurants, but welcomed by Mama Mia. Thank you Mama Mia for not leaving us Americans with a bitter French taste in our mouths. Shame on you other Vienne restaurants.

A GREAT brasserie, with lovely servers, food and drinks. Always busy in summer, especially if you want the terrace... Best book and get their very early and hope!

An enjoyable place to eat. Cheap, good choice. But very quick. Food served quicker, cleared quick and desert served very quick. It's a brasserie after all

Meals okay but service poor. Not recommended. I have dined there in the past when it was much better. May have changed ownership.
