Beautiful place, magnificent view over the river and towards the castle. We did not eat on this occasion, but it was impressive, the menu is based on the availability of products. The only fly in the ointment was the staff seemed to be withdrawn when we asked to see a menu. We seemed to put them on the guard when we looked at the empty restaurant. We have thought about making a group booking based on their reputation for food, but the recruitment of the staff has led us to consider other places now.

Read more about this place in the Estrella Top 50 Gastropub Awards and it has not disappointed. Beautiful table in the bar area overlooking the river. Food and service were perfect. Very friendly and competent staff. All 3 of us are very happy about our decisions. The Fish Chips was one of the best I ever had. I was very impressed when I was a fellow. Can't wait to go back when we're in this part of the world.

We had dinner at the restaurant. The burger was unbelievable, the best I ever had. The fresh meat was delicious. My partner had fish and chips and was very tasty again. Very good recomend, would definitely return. There is also a beautiful view of the roof.

Had Sunday lunch here and was not disappointed. We sat in the conservatory overlooking the river, nice and warm on a cold day. Food and drink were good and service excellent. Hard to fault anything.

Nice swtting on the river with a nice outlook from the roof terrace. Good beer and great staff. We didn't eat but the food coming out looked very good. I will visit again and eat next time
