I would like to share my experience as a family man coming to eat here.. the food was excellent. The natural juices were very well made.. the server was polite and friendly.. The food came out very quickly!.. The only thing that I can complain about was the loud music.. If you go here and you want to be able to talk to your family or friends or children while you're eating, try to sit towards the front where they have the booths.. We ordered some appetizers, which were delicious and well-prepared. The drinks were also great, especially the strawberry margarita, which was spot on. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, which enhanced the overall experience—nothing beats a good waitress.

Went with a group of friends after already having eaten at another restaurant, wanted to get hookah and some drinks but the waitress informed us that we needed to order 4 appetizers if we wanted hookah only after we already ordered drinks. We decided to get up and cancel our drinks and the manager got furious and was blocking my friend while we were trying to calmly explain why and leave. We didn’t even get anything made yet it was literally seconds after, and we let staff know. He even said “What is wrong with you guys” and became aggressive. I’m surprised that this place only has 3.5 stars. It deserves all five. I just dined here for lunch today and the experience was absolutely amazing. First of all, Freddy was the best. He took time to give us his best recommendations, he ensured that we were satisfied with our drinks and food, and most of all, he paid attention to details. I can honestly say that he is one of the most hospitable servers I have ever met. We had presidente, mango mojitos, mamafongo with chicken and steak and churrasco with rice and black beans. Everything, absolutely everything was delicious. I can’t wait to come back again. I’ll definitely request to have Freddy as my server too! ??

On 9/16/23 my friend and I went to the Iselin location for an early dinner. Unfortunately I cannot recall the name of the waitress that served us but I can never forget the horrible service. I am English speaking only but my friend is Latina and communicated my wants in Spanish on my behalf but the every time the waitress came over she only acknowledged my friend and not once looked at me, in fact, she kept her back to me. I found this to be uninviting, unprofessional and downright disrespectful. Employee needs to be retrained or you risk losing more customers because today you’ve loss one.
To start with, the music was so loud that I could barely hear either the server or my date when they spoke. At first, I assumed it was a DJ, but it turned out to be a live band vocalist performing. It felt like I was shouting the entire time I was there. As for the food, I thought it was just average. I went on a Saturday night, so maybe that's why the atmosphere felt more like a nightclub, but I was just hoping for a nice dinner date...LOL.
I visited to celebrate a family birthday, and Freddy did an outstanding job. He created a beautiful and unforgettable experience for the birthday girl. I'm incredibly grateful to him and the rest of the fantastic staff. The service was top-notch, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning. We had a great night for my birthday ? with y family. Our server Freddy recommended a Yucca Mofongo Plate with 3 meats it was delicious ?. He also recommended a Big Tube of Sangria that ended up being the sensation as it was delicious. All of our plates were exquisite. Great atmosphere and service. Place was dirty, the manager needs better training on costumer service. They told us that in order to get a hookah we need to order 4 appetizers! What kind of business is that? Why do I need to pay for something I don’t want. Horrible place, don’t waste your time and money going there.
