This busy Chinese restaurant attracts customers from all over Asia with its modern decor, extensive menu, and generous portions. It's no surprise that there's always a line out the door during peak hours. My favorite dish is the mama homemade sliced free range chicken, which features tender, fragrant meat that is deboned and diced perfectly. The chicken skin is crispy without being greasy. The fried rice noodles with prawns had a generous serving of large shrimp and a delicious wok hei flavor. I appreciated that they only used egg yolk in the gravy sauce for a richer taste and color. While the availability of certain dishes can vary, my overall experience was pleasant.
