Mambo Grill Tapas

Mambo Grill has what it takes to be a top notch bar and restaurant. The food and drinks were on point. The bartender barely spoke to us the lighting was a little to bright for a dinner service. It has an upstairs seating area that was closed. The manager was amazing though. She had a lot of information about the drinks and beers on tap. Will be back! Ohhh don’t forget to try their mojito FANTASTIC!!!!! Service: Dine in

Wonderful restaurant in historic downtown Salisbury, sooo excited that they are back open!!!! Awesome staff and delicious food, I'll come back to try everything! The bartender was very knowledgeable and made the best ginger mojito I've ever had. Make reservations early cause they are only open on the weekends for now. Will definitely come back and you should too

The most wonderful restaurant with the most fantastic family owners who go above and beyond for both patrons and staff. This restaurant, excuse me, institution, in Salisbury, North Carolina has brought great food, great people and culture to this town. Love, love, love everything Mambo Grill!!!!

This is my favorite restaurant to go to. The food is always amazing, and the hospitality they show is very inviting. The food always comes out fast even on busy nights. I can’t say enough to describe just how great this place is.

We got there just on time before it got busy. Great place and the special Cuban sandwich is amazing!!!
