My family and I had dinner at Mamma Mia and I was impressed with the wide variety of options on the menu, especially since I have pescatarian dietary requirements. We all enjoyed a starter and main course, and each dish was bursting with flavor. The standout dish was the Lesia Special Pizza, which was simply phenomenal. The attention to detail in the decor and the authentic Italian atmosphere made for a clean and inviting dining experience. The staff and owner were attentive and took great care of us throughout the entire night. I highly recommend Mamma Mia and look forward to returning. In my opinion, it's the best Italian restaurant around
Ok, it’s a takeaway with a few tables for sitting in but the food was excellent. Calzone, pizza and a freshly made scallop and prawn ravioli dish didn’t disappoint. We brought a bottle of wine with us as they didn’t have a drinks licence. Despite this, the young gentleman serving us turned his skills to waitering from takeaway server at the flick of a switch. Considering the lack of eateries in Banchory, we were lucky to find such good Italian food albeit in what is essentially a takeaway. Well done guys.
We just had a great meal at Mama Mia in Banchory .The restaurant has a very chilled Italian vibe and the pizza and ravioli we both very tasty and well cooked. Service was very friendly and efficient and they now have a license to serve alcohol.
Great pizzas in a nice location, friendly staff although service a bit slow, limited wines and staff not sure what was in stock felt they far too expensive for what they are, recommend bring your own and pay the £7 corkage

We hadn't booked but thought we would pop in and see if there was a table. The staff were very helpful, the menu was good. We enjoyed our meal and would return. The raviolii was delicious.
The best Diavola pizza I’ve had in a long time. With a side salad that was as good as any I’ve had. Great little place, cosy, owner managed and that shows. Will be coming back regularly.
Wonderful food excellent service. Lovely atmosphere.We had pasta parcels filled with prawns and scallops and ravioloni stuffed with aubergine. Both delicious. Will definitely be back.
Just enjoyed one of best pasta dishes ever! Young staff team good fun -lots of banter. Altogether a great experience and we’ll be back.
