Most dissappointing experience of whole my life. We've booked this restaurant with the Fork enjoying a discount on the meals and having the ability to pay with the Fork Pay. When I asked for the bill I had to pay the drinks seperately from the meals?!?!? So I paid the drinks using my credit card. Then I asked the waiter to pay the meals using The Fork app (Fork Pay). He said it was ok, so I went ahead with the payment and showed him the payment confirmation. Then he asked me again to pay the meals using my credit card!?!?!. He clearly didnt know what the Fork Pay was so he asked for the head waiter. This guy became extremely impolite and aggressive, threathening me to pay using my credit car...
Eat was good! but service was shocking and example of it is when we asked to pay and the waiter has just taken money, that was only half the bill other half was ti paid my card and he did not bother to come back so that we could pay the rest and then lost the money, which meant that another waiter came over to pay the full bill again though we had already paid the most of it. also our main thing came out when we still had our appetizers before us, so it feels like a cursor. we were also not offered any other drinks except our first, and our main lasted 20 minutes to delete. this is regrettable, as the food and the environment is really nice, but that experience has really thrown us away.
great place to eat! the food was incredible! the staff are so friendly, happy people. we have booked before the time when it is packed up to 8ish the place....you know now why!

the food was good, but the service was average. it lacked attention. have not got the possibility of dessert or coffee, so we just paid our bill and leave xx
Flies everywhere, pasta under boiled, small portions and staff not at all kind. Would never visit again. And very overpriced for the quality of food
