I heard absolutely amazing things about this place but unfortunately my experience was not great. I feel like the waiters and chefs are not communicating with each other and they ended up getting a lot of things wrong with my order. They gave my table water twice and asked what we would like to drink twice by two different waitresses. That’s fine, they were busy and might have gotten confused. Then one of the took our order. We got the sashimi deluxe, spicy tuna roll with NO CUCUMBER (my bf is allergic to it), and the miso ramen. First they brought out the spicy tuna roll but it came with cucumbers. We had specifically said no cucumbers on the roll and we needed to be remade, they took it ba...

Maneki Neko is a small but enjoyable sushi and Japanese food spot. I went there with three others and a baby. Be forewarned, space is limited and adding a high chair might be tough depending on how many people are in the restaurant. However, the staff was very accommodating and helped us get set up in the right place. The menu had many items I wanted to try, so I will definitely have to return. This time, I ordered the Maneki Medley, which included sushi and sashimi, and the Miso Ramen with a side of spice. I swapped out the California roll for a salmon skin roll, which didn’t change my charge due to the low cost difference. The server mentioned they would charge the difference if I had chos...

Cute place. We entered through the back entrance where there is some parking. We got nigiri, the Sashimi deluxe, and a couple rolls. They had some HH prices for the Nigiri. Mackarel was $1.75/piece. Tamago was $3.50/piece. Flying Fish Roe and Octopus was both $5.50/piece. We also got some Eel and Squid. For our rolls, we got the Tuna Avocado Roll and the Surf and Turf. The Surf and Turf isn't exactly what I was expecting but overall the food was pretty good. Great service

This is NOT a place I?ll come back. It wasn?t that bad, but there are plenty of better options around. The food was just average, the texture of the sashimi wasn?t quite right and the ton katsu was kinda soggy. The service was all over the place too. We were three at our table. My meal came with miso soup, so the waitress brought it first and left it in front of my spouse. Then I got the main dish while my family sat waiting for another five minutes. The sushi menu didn?t Réservez une table maintenant

What an awesome place to have nearby. I?m a big fan of traditional Japanese sushi not the fried, mayo and sugar sauce coated creations so common now. If you also share a love for simple, clean sushi made with very high quality ingredients by a chef who respects tradition, go here! On top of it all they are super friendly and nice. Chef Tao came out and played with my daughter at one point which was great. Update: after 6 months living in the area now, I?ve probably been

Very small Japanese restaurant Price is reasonable But the service was pretty bad... the servers are such in a rush, kept trying to take our plates that I'm not done with, no refills, and they'd talk very loudly between servers Sushi delux is 15 pieces but this actually includes 6 pieces of tuna rolls.. so it's 15 all together i expected 15 nigiris) Katsu donburi is good but it was only half portions of regular donkatsu..

I love bringing in sushi from Maneki Neko! It's honestly easier to customize your sushi for pickup than eating there. We do eat there regularly, but I wish they had a liquor license so we could have cocktails as well. I love the tempura sweet potato roll and my partner really enjoys the fried gyoza appetizer!

Modest space with nice outdoor seating in front and attentive service, plus parking in the rear. The sushi, while good, wasn?t particularly great and some pieces tasted more fresh than others. Very good prices though, especially for the $11 lunch bento box deal. Réservez une table maintenant
