Maneki Neko Japanese Restaurant

Cute place. We entered through the back entrance where there is some parking. We got nigiri, the Sashimi deluxe, and a couple rolls. They had some HH prices for the Nigiri. Mackarel was $1.75/piece. Tamago was $3.50/piece. Flying Fish Roe and Octopus was both $5.50/piece. We also got some Eel and Squid. For our rolls, we got the Tuna Avocado Roll and the Surf and Turf. The Surf and Turf isn't exactly what I was expecting but overall the food was pretty good. Great service

This is NOT a place I?ll come back. It wasn?t that bad, but there are plenty of better options around. The food was just average, the texture of the sashimi wasn?t quite right and the ton katsu was kinda soggy. The service was all over the place too. We were three at our table. My meal came with miso soup, so the waitress brought it first and left it in front of my spouse. Then I got the main dish while my family sat waiting for another five minutes. The sushi menu didn?t
