I would have rated the food higher if I got a chance to taste it. If I could rate the service atmosphere lower, I would. The host essentially kicked us out of the place saying we should have made a reservation 2 weeks in advance whether or not you even had a plan to come to wales in the first place. Asked us to stand out in the rain, since we were 'standing in the way ' no regard for my elderly parents I had with me. The way the host spoke to us, was borderline racist. Thanks for kicking Indians out of an Indian restaurant. Didn 't expect that.
Excellent food and service. Good portions and lots of chicken in the currys. I tried the Chicken Naga curry; very hot (not far off my spiciness 'limit ' but it also had fantastic flavours. Everyone very happy with all of the food. Our only comment would be about the bhajis, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside; prefer when they 're crispy and light on the inside. A smooth pint of draught Cobra was a bonus too. A great experience all round, thank you!
Highly recommended a visit, to this fabulous, friendly restaurant. The food was divine, best garlic mushrooms I've ever tasted! It was full of flavour and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were so lovely, friendly, chatty and attentive. Will definitely visit again next time we are in Wales!
stunning meal plenty of flavour. we have left with a doggie bag as couldn't eat it all. Will definitely be back soon for another visit. Beautiful authentic Indian food with the nicest owners ever. Such a great selection and spoilt for choice. We had these starters as per picture, and the mango chicken and garlic chicken for mains. They can also reduce or increase the spice level according to your preference.
The food here was amazing, My Wife I, were in Wales for the weekend hill walking in the Brecon beacons. We were recommended Mango restaurant, by the locals in the Butchers Pub, They did not disappoint. I would totally advise anyone who likes Indian food , To go for it
