Manhattan Bagel - Réservation de table

I used to really love this place when they first opened. I don’t know if they switched management but the service and staff had deteriorated. This morning the young lady being the counter told me to go to the next register she couldn’t take my order. While I was at the next register she proceeded to take every Caucasian man’s order. When I asked what’s going on she all of a sudden forgets how to speak English. This is unfortunate but this will be the last time I spend my money here

Bagels are good but definitely not the best! Ordered an omelet with small fries for my pregnant wife and received a breakfast burrito with a greasy uncooked hash brown. The bacon on my bagel was also undercooked. What a waste of time and money. It’s as if they didn’t care. Staff was unwelcoming, almost as if they were all in their own individual head space. Not a good way to start the day.

I received my order with a scowl and it put a damper on my morning. It's hard to enjoy a good bagel when it's made with such negative energy. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I love Manhattan Bagel. The bagels are always fresh. The male workers could be a bit more friendly. The female workers have a much more friendly disposition. Clean bathroom. Réservez une table maintenant

An array of bagels for selecting and they make sandwiches. Lots of places don't offer meat on a bagel anymore. The service is quick and the ambiance is good.
