Ordered for the first time because I saw the reviews online and I am highly disappointed. Growing up in FL and having perfect bagels every time is what I am used to so I didn 't have high hopes for this place but wanted to believe the reviews were accurate. I ordered a toasted everything bagel with turkey bacon,egg, and Jack cheese. They write orders on paper and don 't communicate to each other what the orders are, so there are mistakes and my husband had to correct them three times. My family and I have been frequenting this establishment for quite some time now. Initially, I was unsure about the negative comments regarding the customer service, but unfortunately, I encountered it firsthand today. There seems to be a new employee working there, as I did not recognize her. I requested a baker's dozen with a selection of different flavors. I specifically asked for the onion flavor to be packaged separately from the cinnamon, and then the plain ones to be separated as well. However, the lady serving me seemed to be bothered by my request. I attempted to explain my reasoning, but she was unresponsive.
Honestly, Manhattan Bagel in NoVa has the best bagels around. I have tried other places, but nothing compares to the chewiness of their bagels. Unlike other places that are too bread-y, Manhattan Bagel gets it right. While it may not be as good as what you would find in NYC or on Long Island, it is definitely the best option in this area and worth a try. Additionally, I have noticed that the restaurant is always busy on weekend mornings, all year round. It seems like there are many others who agree with my opinion!
They're alright for the area, doesn't compare to NY bagels but for the area it's definitely better than any other option. After the Greenbrier location closed, we began frequenting the Clifton bagel shop. Despite multiple visits, we consistently encounter issues with our orders. The staff never write anything down, even when requested. Consequently, mistakes are made in our orders. The presence of several high school employees simultaneously working creates a lack of quality control. It is frustrating needing to unpack our bags to verify our orders before departing.
Always quick service, always get the orders right, good selection of breakfast sandwiches with eggs, cheese, turkey, steak, etc. bagels, cream cheese, yougurt, drinks, fruit cups, and many others. Very high volume sales ensures your food is always fresh and hot. Enjoy this place and prices are fair/good! Much healthier and clean option then fast food joints.
We moved to a town 20 minutes away and our biggest regret is not having a Manhattan Bagel close by. Best bagel sandwiches, always flavorful, always generous with the cream cheese, always a great pick-me-up.Please build a location in South Riding.

We've been coming here for years. My son loves their bagels, especially the Super Cinnamon Raisin. I can also call my order in for pickup, saves time standing in line.
