Ordered food on the 12th August, waited 2 hours still nothing delivered. After numerous conversations with them and being told it was on its way a few times, it turned out it hadn’t left the kitchen. Order was cancelled and the manager said they would refund. I have called every day for the last 12 days, they have still not processed the refund, now ignore calls, spoken to 4 different people, get told that the owner manager will call back each time. Never has. Refuse to order from Mania again. I will not stop calling until the refund is issued. An establishment cannot simply go around stealing people’s money and committing fraud. We did not receive till 2 hours after we ordered, phoned 5 times prior to receiving and was told each time “it will be 5 minutes” it arrived and it was stone cold, I called back again asking for a refund and they told me to call back in a hour, I asked for a refund while on the call and she told me she could only refund £10 I explained our order was £32 and we wanted a full refund she said she would refund the pizza and the sides but not the drink so we accepted, we now have to wait 21 days for a refund. Awful service the staff kept hanging up also.
This restaurant used to be very dependable. The pizza was delicious, delivery was prompt, and despite the high cost, the quality ingredients made it worth it. However, now it's hit or miss whether your order will arrive and sometimes items are missing. It seems like there may be new management as prices have gone up. It's disappointing to see the decline in quality. Three vegetarian fourteen-inch pizzas now cost £47, but there are much better options in Edinburgh for that price.
I went to this expensive fish and chip restaurant for dinner, and while it wasn't terrible, it definitely wasn't great either. We spent £125 for five people and were disappointed to find only one men's toilet in the entire building, with no toilet paper. It was a major oversight on their part and they should be embarrassed.

I ordered a 14-inch pizza and two apple pies. The apple pies were cold and cost £3.25 each. They looked exactly like a McDonald's apple pie. The pizza was probably only 10 inches. I would not recommend ordering from here unless you want to be ripped off. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
Ordered a large pizza and bottle of juice. When deliver arrived the juice was open and had clearly been drunk. The pizza was also cold. When I tried to call to speak to someone no one would answer the phone and no way of leaving a message. Will not be ordering again.
Still waiting on our orde! Would not recommend. Kept being told it was a few orders away, as they had promised others deliveries first. 2 hours later we cancelled and used a better take away.
My chicken is still raw in the middle it’s all pink and red, chips are nice but when I called the restaurant It ended please help me get this sorted as I don’t want anyone else to eat these
