Indian (State of Tamil Nadu in South India) ice cream specializes in the aromas of South India. They have standard North India farewell like Tandoori meat and other dishes, but they do what they claim to focus. The soup was a bit too spicy for me, but welcome in view of the freezing temperatures outside and definitely warms me up. It tasted spicy and a bit tart with the addition of tamarind. The Jumbo Pepper Shrimp was spicy, but the other flavors and lemon juice did it just. Definitely a must try for every visitor. The simple Dosa was fine as she was thinner than it was. I prefer a thinner and crispy dosa. It could also have used a tad more ghee. It wasn't bad, but it could have been improved. The most important thali meals duck was overall good. I would rather have the chicken cure with bones in contrast to boneless white meat to produce the fuller aromas of the bird. The Parotta was very good as it was light, fluffy and crispy. The veggie dishes were delicious. The chicken biryani has been better prepared and tasted than some other places specialized in it and served mainly throughout the day. The rice was fluffy, moist and separated and I could taste the ghee and the other subtle flavors in every mouth. Chicken was tender and not excessively seasoned. The mango powder pudding dessert was delicious. Extra sugar has not been added as the natural sweetness of the mango wore the dish. The service of the co-owner Vimila was very attentive and attentive. The decor was simple and simple, but nevertheless a clean environment.
