Manna Bbq - Réserver une table

Food was good, service was alright (language barrier and lack of attention from the waitress made ordering and asking for refills difficult). At times we had to ask multiple times to get an item that was already written down. Again, I don’t know if it’s a language issue or they just have difficulty with heavy traffic. All the food, meats, and sides were delicious and generous portions so there’s no problem in that area.Also, the wait time can be ridiculous as they have you write your name and phone number down on a piece of paper and the lady managing it skips around. I love manna BBQ as a chain, but this restaurant in particular has some of the worst service I've experienced recently, I understand staffing shortages and all industry wide but that should not affect the way you make guest feel while they are dining at an establishment. I did not feel welcomed, had to track down my server, I placed an order for another round as soon as we got one placed at the table and waited 10 minutes after the round was finished before the next came out.

long waiting time, but we expected that on the basis of other reviews. the sign in process can feel a little tricky if they are not used to putting down their names and when the host is overwhelmed, they may have to talk. eating is amazing. my man and I tried several tellers and left so full that we had to take a nap when we came home. I'd say it's worth it.

manna bbq has the best maiskäse every local Korean bbq restaurant. when they are busy (which is often), the service is slow. I also wish they had bigger tellers. but eating is delicious and it is worth it! also you can only eat! mann bbq is my new go-to for everything you can eat Korean bbq in the east valley.

fairer price good food, I would suggest researching the experience before taking part. they can get small orders of things to not sown their table and be forced to finish something they don't like and give them the chance to try more dinge.
